  1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery within Kenya, including major towns and rural areas. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional time or special arrangements may be required.

  1. Delivery Timeframe
  • Nairobi & Nearby Areas: 1–2 business days
  • Other Major Towns: 2–3 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Note: Delivery time starts from the day your payment is confirmed, and the order is processed.

  1. Delivery Methods

We use trusted courier services and in-house logistics depending on your location and the size of the item. For large systems (e.g., inverters, solar kits, batteries), direct delivery or scheduled transport may be arranged for safety and reliability.

  1. Shipping Fees

Nairobi Deliveries: Free delivery on orders above KSh 10,000.
Other Counties: Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on weight, size, and destination and shown at checkout before payment.

  1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving full payment
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking or dispatch details once your order is shipped
  1. Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, customers or authorized representatives are required to:

  • Sign off on the delivery form
  • Inspect the package for damage or missing items
  • Notify us within 24 hours in case of discrepancies
